Customers have the opportunity to add gift information to their orders to celebrate different occasions at different times.

– Can I track the delivery of my order?
All shipped orders will have a tracking number attached.
Please click here to track your package.
Enter your tracking number and you will be able to track your order anytime, anywhere.
– Is there a problem with your order?

– What is the delivery time and price?
Generally, the shipping time for goods is 5 to 7 days (Monday to Friday). Order cut-off time is 5:00 PM EST (New York). Order processing time is 3 – 5 business days (Monday to Friday).
Our orders are usually delivered within 7 to 12 business days. See the table in the Shipping Information tab for shipping prices.
– Can I cancel my order?
Please contact us at [email protected] to cancel your order.
However, if your package has already been processed and shipped, you will not be able to cancel your order.
– How can I receive an invoice for my order?
All orders will include a printed invoice inside the package.
To obtain a pdf copy of the invoice, please contact us at [email protected]. Make sure to include your order number in the email.
– Can I make product changes to my order?

– Can I save my basket?
To save your shopping basket you should register an account on flyingears website
After that, go ahead and select your item and press the “Save Basket” option
Your saved projects can be found in your account area. Just press “Saved Baskets” and the item will appear.
You can add or remove items from your saved basket at any time
If some saved items are out of stock, they will be removed from your basket

– placing an order
To place an order with flyingears, just follow the steps below.
First, click “Buy Now” to browse all the categories available in our store or enter the product name in the search bar.
Simply press the “Add to Cart” button to add the items you want to your basket.
After that, press the shopping basket in the corner of the page, then press “Checkout”. Here you will be asked to enter your personal information (Customers with an account will keep the shipping address there.)
Finally, you will have the opportunity to view all your details. If everything is correct, go ahead and press “Proceed to Checkout”.
– How do I know when a product is in stock?
If an item you want is out of stock, we kindly ask you to sign up to receive email notifications when that item becomes available again.
Just press “email me when in stock” on the product page.
